The song is 'ruumjhuum ke bajaao baansari muraari" by Mohammad Rafi & Krishna Rao Chonkar (the two also sang a tradional classical number - "baat chalat nahi" in Rani Roopmati) from Pooja (1954). The lyricist was Shailendra.

Unfortunately, I do not have the song with me. Songs from SJ's films like Pooja, Parbat, Bhagi Sipahi, College Girl, etc. are not easy to find. May be some kind soul on this forum will oblige.
