dont know any more details, but I am certain it's one of Anoop's

bhai anwar fan sahab,i m u/l a rafi song from neela akash in 128 kbps .this one seems to b a close one to what u asked.

Thank you Anandji for lovely Rafi song, though the song I'm after is one of Anoops own ghazal from 80's movie..........matters not.
