Best ever poetry in Gujarati Sahitya.. my favorite one..
I really love this song Hruday bharai aavey chey.. Aankho bhini thayi jaay che..
Ravji patel.. my favorite writer after Chandrakant Bakshi and Shivkumar Joshi..comes Ravji Patel His Ashrughar and Zanja are one of the all time best creation for Gujarati Novels.
His father had Tambaku Business.. Farms in Anaand side. ( thats why he got TB and this poem says Peeley te Paandey.. Tambaku na peela paaan caused him TB or probably it was cancer but that time it was diagnosed as TB) He was spending his last days in Amarghadh/Songadh Hospital to cure his disease but he already knew he is dying.. HanHanti main Saambhli suwaas.. a line in the poetry..
His brother named Savji.. was least concenred that his own brother Ravji was dying.. and was saying rough words for him, while he was listening to his brothers bitter words, that he is dying so wat? thats why this line in the poetry.. Maney Vaage Savji ni Halvaash....
He used to work in a printing Press in Amdavaad at the corner of Zaverivaad and Relief road/tilak road?
His house may be still there in Nutan Society Paldi.. Ravji Patel 6 Nutan Society Paldi.. I used to be crazy about him and went to see all this places coz he was my fav author..
His unfinished Poetry was finished by Raghuvir Chaudhary and published...
