Getting inspired from a few songs of Geeta ji heard on HF radio (Courtsey maheshks ji), I am starting a new thread on songs of Geeta ji from beginning of her career till 1950.

Most of these songs are already shared on HF by many senior members !

Niki, another duet of Surendra Nath with Geeta ji is "Dil ki duniya mein haan chupake chupake , dekho dekho sajan tum na aana" from the movie Meri Kahani.

Once again, Geeta ji's voice is so young and refreshing sweet in this.

Something I have been feeling for some time..

All the songs posted on these 2 threads "Rolling back Years" (40s and 50s) are courtsey HF and are not so easily available. I see about 800 views and over 100 downloads (collectively for both the threads), but very little response.

At least the original uploaders and HF deserve some words of appreciation !
