The file size is huge for the duration marked. If you have uploaded a file with a bitrate more than 192 kbps the file will be deleted. Replace the file with a lower bitrate.
Read the Board guidelines for details on the file attachment specifications.

Hi, really i can't get it how i have to do that
i readed but If you are unable to understand, then do not share files that are more than 192 kbps. You may share it on an outside third party servers like rapidshare, sendspace.
The above file is deleted for violation of the board rule.
