basically mohd. aziz is also known as the bengal tiger- obviously cos his from bengal & also cos of his very

high pitch & range capeability.

his also affectionally known as munna aziz cos he sounded so innocent & sweet at the lower scale romantic

numbers. (especially when pronouncing his 'S's).

according to aziz himself-

he told me that when he first arrived in bombay- his first song recording was 'teri raaha mein

ek dipak jalaa kar' in 1982 for jugal kishore.

by the way which also had an absolutely beautiful romantic kishore solo too.

to be honest deewani not many people did/or do know that!

infact did u know in some earlier 80's films eg:

amitabhs 'aakhree raasta' in 1986-

in the playback credits mohd. aziz was often credited as 'munna aziz ' officially!
