I think its from the movie Rajnigandha and I even heard Mukesh won some Prize also for this Song(Correct Me).

The movie is Choti Si Baat with Yeh Din Kya Aaye.

Many make the mistake of mixing that movie with Rajnigandha. The song from Rajnigandha is Kayi Baar Yunhi Dekha Hai which Mukeshji won the National Award in 1974.

Why do many confuse these two?

Both have Amol Palekhar as the hero.
Both have Salilda as the Music Director
Both have the same raga.
Both are background songs (meaning, no one picturized).
Both are excellent songs worth listening!
