I lost my mother some months ago. She was very fond of Noor Jehan songs (especially Punjabi ones), In mid 70s, when I was just a kid, I heard first time Noor Jehan songs from her. mujhe yaad hai wo ghar ka kaam kaaj kartey huway gungunaaya karttin thiin. On this Mother’s Day, I am remembering her and want to share some of her favorite Noor Jehan songs with all of you.

I can understand how much U miss Ur mom, Inaam.
What can one do but live with the loss and be glad that she is at rest now and without pain or illness.
