It's Badhai Ho Badhai Janam Din Ki Tumko. The Film is Mera Munna. Lata ji ne gaaya hain. Now this is where the fun begins. Ultraindia tells me the year is 1948 and MD is C. Ramchandra. They don't know the lyricist. Earth music tells me the MD is Kalyanji Anandji and the Lyricist Indeevar. If so, somehow I have inferred the year is 1967. I have it 3:19 @ 128. Haven't herad it recently, but have marked it ok (which means not great either!). So there you have it, entire janam kundali. Let's wait for BJ to conjure up a good version, else mere paas hain courtesy Sani
Thanks for your prompt and thorough response. I have lots of patience, will wait.

When I saw that Mere Munna was at 1948, I was leaning more towards Ram aur Shyam simply because of the 60s, because from my vague memory, it doesn't seem ke 40's ka gaana hoga.
