You watched 'Salaam Namaste' earlier this year that dealt with the relationship between two individuals who choose to LIVE IN together. Now there is another movie in the making that is again about relationships, but this time it is about children and not grown up individuals. It is called 'Salaam Bachche' that is directed by Pratima Kulkarni and Sajid Batliwala. Produced by the banner 'Just Kidding', the movie is about two siblings, their love for each other, their struggle and how they together overcome the challenges in life.

Pratima had earlier made a small movie called 'School' that got selective release. It too dealt with a children's subject and got her recognition as a director. Here is wishing the talented director all the best. One hopes that 'Salaam Bachche' reaches out more widely to the audience to pave way for many more children's flicks to come.
