Yesterday in our KDP radio program we played a song humein raaston ki from Naram Garam. The same mukhda was reused in sagar kinare from Sagar. The interlude music for that song was again used in a 90s song by RDB!!!

We all know RDB and Salil C resued their tunes in Bagla and other langs.

There is a song lehron mein jhooloon from Society (55). yesterday while DJing I thot my songs were getting mixed up in winamp. Realised that the tune was derived (along with the words) from an earlier song by SDB himself--main pankh laga ke udd jaaoon from Armaan (53).

One that interested me however was Gham ki dawa from Amanush. Music by Shyamal Mitra. The mukhda is so much like shokh nazar ki bijliyan by MM!!

Well rahein na rahein hum is actually derived from an earlier Asha song--tera dil kahan hai--Chandni Chowk.
