My feedback.
1. You have an excellent voice, and if u sing original songs (not sung by anyone before) you will have a big advantage.
2. You have sung the MM song better than the OPN song though it is more difficult. I felt the OPN song was flatter. I felt there were a lot of nuances that you could have covered in that song.
3. You were 90% on the sur in the MM song and around 80% in the OPN song, which is very good.
3. Time-wise, I thought you managed to sing within the time cycle, though i felt you lost some time at the beginning of the time cycle, and at the end you needed to hurry things to come on the beat. It might sound much better if you can maintain a consistent speed across the time cycle. But it is creditworthy that you didn't miss any beat.
4. I don't know putting the songs on Youtube (with Video) is good or not. 'Seeing' might become a distraction while 'Listening'. But of couse that is a personal opinion!

- The MM song was sung by RAFI sahab so brilliantly and has so much emotions, that every other singer looks stupid attempting that song.
