As for your query, I think this is a non-film song. No movie name is mentioned on the cover of my CD. The song was written by Shanta Shelke and composed by Babuji himself.

Yes true and the same is mentioned in Vishwa Nerurkar's book on Babuji ( its a BIBLE !! )
