I heard Javed Akhtar Saahab say in Fame Gurukul that Chandani Raatein was sung by Noor Jehan. Though I have'nt heard Noor Jehan consciously, Javed Saahab's statement makes me want to hear this song of hers. Can any of you plz u/l?

A few Days ago Vikram played that song on the HF radio a lovely song the remix doesnt do justice to the original though i loved the remix before i knew about this one!!!! a must hear i will say

That is so freaky - my friend requested this song from me yesterday so I already have it on my PC (she must have been watching Fame Gurukul too !)

What's interesting about this song is that the composer for the film is Feroz Nizami, but Noor Jehan once said in an interview that it was Mushir Kazmi that came up with the tune. He played it to them by tapping on a matchbox (or something like that - my memory is quite hazy these days !)
