I can tell you what each individual words mean but the sentence doesn't make sense to me.

I did have to look up what lau meant. According to the web dictionany, it means blaze.

Chhupa Lo Yun Dil Mein Pyar Tera - Keep away (from the prying eyes) my love in (the corner of) your heart
Ki Jaise Mandir Mein Lau Diye Ki - Just as the flame of an earthen lamp (flutters) in (the corner of) a temple

I guess the gist is:
Just as any temple would fervently guard its lamp from being extinguished (considered as a bad omen), so too guard my love deep in your heart

The next line is even more confounding ! Methinks these are the words, without googling.

i think i can translate although i am not a good Hindi/Urder speakings
