I came back to HF after a while and noticed that this request had not been
responded to (atleast not in this thread itself). So I am uploading the song.
It is too lovely a song to let the request languish unresponded

The correct lyrics are "Kuchh dil ne kaha kuchh bhi nahi, kuchh dil ne suna,
kuchh bhi nahi". The song begins with "Aisi bhi baateN hoti haiN".
This song is among Lata's best renditions in the 60s. I personally think it is
a much better song that the far more famous "Dheere dheere machal ae
dil-e-beqaraar" from the same film, but the latter has a catchier tune that is
more hummable.

I like this thread. Lata ke ek ke baad ek behtareen gaane request
kiye jaa rahe haiN. If I had to pick some of Lata's best in the 60s,
both these songs would have made it to the Top 20.
Unfortunately, I do not have a great recording of this song, but let
me upload what I have.
