I found the song....Main kya aisi pyaar karoongi - asha & mahendra kapoor.

It seems I found someone claiming that the female in the last song is Sadhna Sargam, not Alka. Listening to it, I can't quite tell. Anyone know for sure whether it's just a young/unpolished Alka sounding like Sadhna or if it is, in fact, Sadhna? Can anyone shed some light on from whence this rumor/controversy even arises?

It's Alka. 100% sure. I got the vinyl.

It is most certainly Alka.

Songs #3 and #7 are the best in the film IMO.
