A kind soul has posted four Maratahi songs of Jyotsna Bhole under a thread in her name in the Raag Rang forum:

- bolaa amrit bolaa
- don jivaache prem bichare
- kshan aala bhaagyacha
- manaramana madhusudana

Good recordings - and, of course, great rendiitions!

I am looking for 3 Jyotsna Bhole songs. Please do upload them if you have them, folks!

- maajhiyaa maaheraa jaa (I am looking for a *good* copy of the original 78 rpm recording; I have a copy of the original where the recording is bad - though the beauty of the song still comes through - and a later rendition where the recording is good but where she can't quite recapture the magic)
- aalaa khushiit samindar tyaalaa naahiii dhiir
- nako waLuun baghuu maaghaarii

For the last two, I would welcome any recording - the original or the later renditions, though the former would of course be preferred!

No problem, but it will take a couple of days. Which one would you like - the 78 rpm one or the later one? If you are interested, I also have a rendition of "nako waLuun baghuu maaghaarii", recorded from a Doordarshan program sometime in the late 1970s/early 1980s.

Am uploading the new version of "maajhiyaa maaheraa jaa" as the original has too much 'noise'. As I said before, it is a very good rendition, but not quite as magical as the original.
