Cast: Uttam kumar (Sata Bose), Shubhendu Chatterjee (Shankar), Utpal Dutta (Marco), Biswajit (Junior Pakrashi), Supriya (Hostess), Anjana Bhowmick (Air hostess), Dipti Ray (Mrs. Pakrashi).....What a cast!!!

Uttam looks so DAZZLING........It is a true story of Shankar's experiences during 1948-50, The scandals are related to Lady Ranu Mukherjee of Calcutta!!
Anjana Bhowmick and Supriya were also excellent

I also think Shubhendu Chatterjee was just fit for the role of Shankar!!

Biswajeet looked like an innocent kid!!

These movies should be subtitled and distributed to Non-Bengali audience---WHAT A STORY!!! And that too true????

Hemanta's Kachhe Robe, and Ke Sera Sera are other two jems of this film!!!

I'm sorry ya, I don't have those 2 songs. In fact I was about to post a 'requisition' for 'Football Khela' myself. Do you have the songs of 'CHHADMABESHI'? In case you do, would you upload them for me please? I'm desperately looking for them (especially, 'Ami Kon Pothe Je Choli'; 'BaaNchao Ke Achho Morechhi Je Prem Kore'; 'Aaro Dure Chalo Jai'). But if you can post ALL the songs, tahole to khoob-i bhalo hoy.

However, I'm uploading one of my favourites of Manna Dey. I'm sure you'll love this song too (since we seem to like similar kind of songs). Hope you don't have it already.

Ya, i do remember the birds-nest style hairdo of hers, but what i remember more about her is something 'else'. I bet you remember that too !

Shono bappa, have you got those 2 albums: 'CHHANDMABESHI' and 'OGO BODHU SUNDARI'? Just kotthaao pachchhi na. When i went to this shop and asked them for it, they looked at me in such a way, as if I was on the run from a circus troup. And the shop? It was no chhota mota one, it was 'Planet M', who are supposed to have "the 'best' collection of such oldies". There must be a pun intended in that statement, which I still haven't been able to figure out.

Anyways, in case you have them, could you please upload the songs for me?
