2.Baharon se puchho Nazaron se puchho dil kyun(with LATA) - FASHION

this song from movie nayaa aadamii is credited with "Vishwanath-Ramamurthy" on earthmusic
and the movie also has madan mohan as MD for other songs.
2 MDs for this movie? why was that?
