I watched Julie recently for the first time. Good movie and good acting by Om Prakash, Nadira and all others, well the hero kinna sucked - Vikram but its okay.

The question I have is.. the girl who plays Julie (real name Laxmi) looked awefully similar to the grandma Laxmi devi (real name Laxmi) in Hulchul (Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Khanna starrer). I wanted to find out if they are one and the same. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Oh I thought you are talking about Hulchul. Was wondering why such a low profile come-back. I have always liked Sreedevi's acting. She was wonderful in Lamhe. And I have not noticed Sreedevi even in Julie. You see Laxmi grabbed all the attention then .

"Nose job" reminds me of Karishma Kapoor. In her earlier films, before she did some "nose tricks" she was looking ugly too

Aww cmon Nim, that was too obvious. But I didnt like the way she talked. I guess she was too young (looked like 14 or so) and not experienced. But she looked cute as always.
But I couldnt figure out who their brother was. He looked very very familiar at the same time I couldnt recognize his face. Who is he?
