Sure Priya....these songs are the very baits of "conversion"

....they'll have be here till they serve their purpose

U know what U should do...threaten ur ISP...force them to give U unlimited bandwidth.

At times, I simply call my ISP (which is Bell-Canada)..and tell them that I am student and I am tired paying such high price for such slow speed (i have very good speed, actually) - and then they just give me $5 or $10 coupons, that I can use on any of their products (such as cell phones). Yuppp...I am all Indian with my bargaining skills.

Once, I even got $25 off my monthly bill for complaining for no apparant reason. Of course, I can't do it every month...I call them only when I am bored or something (they are there 24 hrs). I usually call at nite...like some 3-4am, when their supervisor is not around...it's hard to argue with the supervisors.

Sorry shahrukh-ji...I do not have the above song (or the sharda version). My Rafi collection is not so great...I think I have less than 1000 Rafi songs (solos and duets)

Okie-dokie. Songs shall remain their normal 30 days period.

I have unlimited bandwidth...therefore allowing me to download/upload tons of songs, and tons of movies too - I had to buy extra 120 GB, and then I ran out of that space too, so I had to get a DVD-burner...now everything goes into DVDs.
I am truly blessed

I think this song has been sung by Asha ji as a tribute to Rafi sahab in one of her latest albums. SHe had sung a HK song too in that! I vaguely remember. Cant place name of the album!

Manapaman is a famous historical Marathi play by K P Khadilkar, a close associate of Lokmanya Tilak.

Natya Parag -must be the tagged name of Album, not a film.

Eventhough I dont understand Marathi, but still on hearing this classical/semi-classical number felt that it has been superbly rendered by Asha-ji. Hats off to her for effortlessly rendering such a difficult compostion.

Since I have the song--both old and new concert version, did not dl Ur file. But Urs is almost 4 mb while my hcd version is 3.27 mins only. So my q: is Urs the young Asha version or later recording?
The hcd one I have says 1954. She performed the Sony TV concert one in the 90s. Must have also sung it in many Marathi concerts.
