geeta dutt has sung very few songs with veteren music director;but whatever she has sung for him represents the very best of hindi film music.unfortunately as most of these songs are very rare ,the combo is rarely discussed in the way her songs with s d burman,o p nayyar or hemantda are.

here is the first song that geetaji sang for anil biswas and one of her first solos.the song was in two parts in the film.here are both the parts as well as both of them joined together.
one of the parts and the joined parts were provided by urzung saheb and pulkit in the geeta yahoo group.

farar had five songs by geeta dutt and it was quite easily anilda's best showcase for geeta dutt.
