Here is the enlightened one singing us some more classical numbers from HFM. No points for guessing who it is. Sir has obliged my request and sang a Malkauns number sung originally by Rafi saab and then since I mistook him to be "Yesudas ji", he comes up with a wonderful Ka Karoon Sajni.

Oh poor thing. Lagta hai meri nazar lag gayi tumhare vacation ko, kaam mein badal gayaa. In your previous post, Was that about the flute piece from "Jhilmil Sitaron Ka" ? I remember some of it but seem to have missed out on Unni's reaction. Poori kahaani sunao na please ?

Hhehehhe ... well yes you remember right, that was the flute piece. Even before that everyone had got a little demanding, someone was asking for some humming that preceded a song, someone else wanted a full song (I remember someone wanting a few seconds more!!), I'd keep hounding people for extra stanzas ... and then our man PrinceAli comes up with a reqoest for a missing flute piece (I forget whether he/we ever found it!)

So anyways, in one of his subsequent post Unni ji just blew his top, no prizes for guessing what he wanted to do with the flute piece , not in so many words of course. His reaction at that time was hilarious, I must find that post of his.

I had heard Pradeep's Aaj Jane Ki Zidd , this one was lovely surprise , why is that Pradeep's songs are always dedicated to bhabhi ji ..... Bahoot Yaarana lagta hain JK Pradeep bhai , it was really wonderful could feel all your emotions right in your voice

And last but NOT least , Unni proves once again , he is so young by heart , by thoughts, etc. etc and now by his voice.... Unni thoda sudhar jao , all young kids might envy u .... LOL

Indeed, Hits rendition of the two songs that I got to download was amazing. I liked the way his voice seems so at ease with the classical stuff. I could only imagine the hard time pulling off those songs I would have, I won't dare to attempt it. Though I must admit I have in the past tried Mere Mehboob and friends have enjoyed it too, but after hearing Hits, I'm afraid of trying.

BJ, what I've come to understand from the punjabi wordings is the following. It speaks of the female's yearning for her lover. She says that the spinning wheel of the seamstress has stopped turning yet the season of our loneliness hasn't ended. I'm surrounded with new wounds and worries yet we're still apart.
After my lover left, I've been crying and I wait here while no covering can be sewn for me, watching my lover's path of return, I wither away.
My lover associates with my female-friends and this eats me up inside, and I'm going to die after/by killing him.

Sarkaar, I could only hope to be a backup singer in your band.

And before anyone complains that I'm only here to revel in the praise that is being showered upon me, I would just like to add the following:

Chitz, finally got to hear your lovely & somewhat controlled voice (why yaar, don't be afraid, let it loose, belt out some tough numbers & see how you fare;)). After the Nimzster not participating in our Beastiality thread & then shying away from this one as well, you showed a lot of courage in the line of fire. Loved the whistling, but I'm sure I could do it better , but that wouldn't sound as sekshy as yours did.

Unni, the Creative Process was a breakthrough. Only problem is that I haven't heard your end-product. I am trying to catch up on the uploads done in this section, shall do, with time. But, I'm sure, under your tutelage, the results would be praise-worthy. By the way, what's in store for me if I download the 'A Hamara Forums Original'?

As a result of downloading all HF member songs into the same directory & extracting them in the same folder, I can't tell which song is by which member. I'm sure I only downloaded Chitz's songs, so the female songs are all hers. There are two excellent renditions, one Hari Om & the other Ka Karun Sajni, who are those by, it sounds like Hits, but I couldn't find his post featuring them. Someone please take responsibility for those excellent songs.

T: Nahiin Re, didn't mean to do anything like that. That piece was the title track of a TV series that used to air when I was a kid- "Malgudi Days". I haven't heard this piece in over a decade now, so this was just from memory. I really like this piece, very nostalgic as I said. I am glad you liked it. I am working on a longer piece.
