My last list of requested old Punjabi songs seems to be missing ( courtesy British hacker?) so I am reposting the list. If I remember correctly there are three songs out of those that you had already posted but with my luck I heard of this website much later and joined it in July 2006.If you can post the ones that were not put on this site and repost these songs that were "taan main aap jeeda bahut hi shukarguzar howaanga." The list is:
1.Jaan toon wee kisse noon dil dewen? Dil le kay ossey noon bhul jaawen. Singer Shamshad Begum?
2.Charkha kis gharria meri banh karendi peerh.Iss charkhe deean (gaallan hoyian?) Kabul te Kashmir.Singer not known but was a lady with a Muslim name.This song was often played on Jullundur radio station and some Pakistani stations in the 50's. Then' eh bas ghaib he ho gya'. Would love to hear it again.
3.Massia di raat kali charakhra preet walla dukhan deean pooniyan haaye judayian pai gayeean massia di raat. Another line that I really liked 'Taarian di loye loye choran nein khazane dhoye, haaye judaayian pai gaayian massia di raat'. Singer Dilshad Begum ( Corrected, per posts on your Punjabi section of this site)

4. Ohde naal hongiyan taan gallan goohriyan. Jehra aj lia ke dewe kach deean chooriyan. Film MADARI. Singer Shamshad Begum. Music director Hans Raj Behl ? or Late Allah Rakha Qureishi ?( The world famous Tabla saz). This song and ' Charkha' song are are the ones I really have been looking for a long time. Since I know you have at least this one can you repost it ? Also other songs of this movie would be appreciated too!

Thanks for posting this list of really rare songs.I am interested in obtaining all of these. There are some of these that I have. But since often their audio quality is often less than decent, I would rather obtain all of these from you. Now you can tell me which way I can obtain these. For me the easiest way is if you could upload them.But that may not always be possible. If possible I would like to get CD, audio tape, or DVD made of these songs . I will send the payment by whichever way you want , a personal cheque, cashier's cheque, money order , bank draft, in rupees, or in dollars. Just let me know and I will start the process But if you will upload only some of them I have a list of numbers 1,4,14,18,20,23,25,26,27,28,29,30,33,34,36,37,38,39,40,41,and 42. So please let me know.And thanks for the list. Harjinder
P.S. I am going to ask HF administrators if there is a way to download those songs that do not have the 'Copy into briefcase' feature.I hope that is possible.

language.Har cheez paise se nahi milti. Lagta Hai aapne is forum par meri posts nahi dekhin. I have uploaded the most rare and valuable songs on which I may have spent in lacs.,but I uploaded free so that others may get it free, and they may not have to spent anything.
So brother all the songs which I have are FREE for all music lovers.The only thing in between is the time which is not under my control.e.g at present I am likely to have a family tradgedy as my younger sister who was suffering from
Cancer is on death bed.So I am not getting any time to upload.So I will start your uploads alongwith other uploads whenever I am free.

Regarding qwality of the songs, You may be knowing these are all got from stone records,and the qwality may be compromising only.The songs which you have may be in better qwality. So why not check? So Please you also upload all such rare songs in the meantime if you have time to upload.I have all these in
casettes. So naturally every song will take time to digitalize.I am also hoping to get few more from your list .

Aap jee di posting da bahut shikriya.People like me whio are settled abroad sometimes lose certain regard for niceties and gracious interchanges with others which make this life worth living. Having lived in America for almost 40 years sometimes I do forget that money is not everything.I do however feel bothered for having hurt your sentiments regarding my eagerness to get Punjabi songs. And having undergone some traumatic experiences in life myself I can understand and feel your anguish at your sister's affliction with cancer.We all can hope and pray for her recovery and God being all poweful can hopefully grant our wishes and prayers for your sister's health.
About old Punjabi songs I just want to say this.The listing of songs by you on this website made me so happy and anxious to get the songs that I have been waiting for as long as 50 years or more that I did as much as I could, in a hurry to get these. I know you probably like these songs as much as I do or more. So you can understand my foolishness in being overeager and asking you to send these to me for payment. May I tell you a little bit about my efforts to secure old Punjabi songs? After about 30 years of looking I found a VCD of Jugni's songs. This movie had at least 5 songs I had grown up listening as an adolescent. I offered Mr Safir Ramah of Apna website these songs to post for free. He accepted my offer and uploaded them and for the last few months people of my age group and others can listen to or download them without any charge or hassle. I am not too savvy with internet If you or someone at Hamara Forums can guide me as to the procedure for uploading all my Punjabi and Hindi/Urdu songs then mine are all available for uploading. Since I do not retire from my present job for another full year I may have some time constraints. Other than that I will do whatever I can to upload these. Again wishing your sister a speedy recovery I do apologise for my impatience. Please spend as much time as you need to with your sister. Songs and everything else can wait. Again thanks.Harjinder
P. S. Punjabi films from the 50's whose songs(not all songs) I hava are: Vanjara, Posti, Koday Shah, Lachhi, Chhai,Jugni and,Billo( Only two songs),Pakistani film Chanway. Films from 60's and later are easily available and I was abroad when some of them were released. so I have only limited interest in them. I have some songs
from Bhangra, Guddi, Pind di Kudi, Yamla Jat etc.
