ummm .. well every time there is a talk about her.. i think of her in Sarfarosh.. Jo haal dil ka... idher ho reha hai..... and the other that spins my mind is "Aakhon mein base ho tum" with Sunil Shetty... Dang.... she has a great smile....

Yup Aankhon mein base ho tum is one of my fav songs from the 90s. Movie Takkar.

Both Priety and Sonali, I had first seen them in a tv ad. Priety for Cadbury and Sonali for some shampoo/soap.

Junior "Khanna" - is that her name Rinki?... and good looking??? Are you sure??? I remember the surprise I felt when I came to know she was Dimple's daughter. Really... who else finds her good looking? Hema's & Dimple's daughters must have had some serious self esteem issues growing up!

T ji I did not say she is good looking.. all I said was she looked better and the reason, “sonali” was all dressed up in Gao ki Gori outfit, to me which does not go with her personality. She looks cool in western and Indian suits/Saris not gao ki gori wale outfits.

Couldn't agree more T-ji!! Hema looks majestic in baghban and Dimple still emits some charm in Dil Chahta Hai. Esha, Twinkle, Rinki - none of them could ever match their respective mothers' looks, charm, screen presence or even acting skills.

BTW whats up with Sonali Bendre. I saw her in a Shah Rukh Khan movie and she appeared plumpish. Has she given up acting or something. She was my favorite actress after ofcourse Juhi Chawla

I believe the year was 1995 & the music director was Anu Malik.

Sonali was 20 & looked yummy, to say the least.
