Ab na kate ye suna jeevan (Lata) and Tum bin bojhal ik ik pal (Mannada) ..

Mayurvarsha,

From all your posts, you seem to be (just like me) a big Hridaynath fan!

I'm not sure if this album was composed by Hridaynath...could you please confirm?

Uploading herewith 6 songs from the album. This includes the 2 songs you have referred to in your post. Other numbers in this album are either Commentary or Dialogues.

1. Woh kaun tha - Usha 3:23/128kbps

2. Babul ki nagari - Usha 2:14/128kbps

3. Kaise kahoon baat - Asha 3:55/128kbps

4. Dole re dole re - Usha 2:52/128kbps

5. Tum bin bozal - Manna Dey 3:05/128kbps

6. Ab na kate ye suna jeevan - Lata 3:12/128kbps

Didn't find any song sung by Hridaynath himself.

Regards
Sunil.

Thank you very much! you are right, i am really a big fan of Panditji.
Regarding this Cd, if you notice ab na kate ye suna jeevan, the tune is exactly like dukkh na aanand hi from his marathi album Maitra jeevache (and his style of repeating his own tunes to be popular!).
Also, song of Asha Bhosle Kaise kahoon baat is exactly like Kalale tula kahi from He geet jeevanache or bujhatee nahin pyaas kyon mere man ki (title song of serial Bandhan starring Mrinal Kulkarni on SAB Tv)
Somewhere on surfing I got this information that he made this music. (Ofcourse, I have no proof but I am sure!!)

Dear Sunil and Mayurvarsha (nice login name!)

You can also find 2 repeatitions of Kaise kahoo baat(Asha) from same film.

First is Ud ja re Kaga - Meera Bhajan (very similar)
Second is a marathi song from HD's film "He geet Jeevanache" ( a film of 1990's) "Kalale tula kaahi kalale mala kaahi". Both songs had divine voice of Lataji. Ashaji also sounds fabulous in thi sold song. thanks for this UL.

Mayurvarsha,

There is a part called 'Shri Dasharath ne socha' but it is just a commentary and not in Hridaynath's voice.

I agree with your comments on the tunes for the songs sung by Lata and Asha, with same tunes/raag as his 2 Marathi songs.

Found the attached picture of album cover while surfing...shows that Hridaynath has contributed to this album, most probably as a composer only.

Regards
Sunil.

Can you Please Upload Both The CD--

For me, singing sad songs often has a way of healing a situation. It gets the hurt out in the open into the light, out of the darkness.

Hi Debopriyo,

These 6 are the only 'songs' from both CDs. Rest of the tracks are just 'commentary'.

Sunil.
