Good question! Actually, as I have said earlier too elsewhere, I know and have listened/studied thoroughly almost all of Lata's great (even rare) songs! Only because of this, I keep making some confident assessments/comparisions! But it is only comparision between two very great singers. The issue is confined to who should get 100% and who should get 98%. Anyway, I wrote this post just as a clarificatory response to your light-hearted query and do not wish to continue this discussion. Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!

Thank you for this beautiful number. There are some nice songs with "Chaand" or "Chandaa" (pity we know a bit more about "Moon" today, but despite that fact the love for "Chaand" remains high in Hindi music, poets and and the music lovers). By the way, simultaneously, "Chaand madham..." was uploaded ("Railway Platform" album) in "Legendary Music Directors-Madan Mohan" , but it does not matter as you can't follow everything and everyhere.
