Gulzar has penned the item song for his erstwhile assistant's debut film 'Sabab - The Reason To Be'. Daboo Malik has composed the number, which is picturized on Riya Sen. The film stars Mahima Chaudhary, Karan Khanna (cousin of Akshaye Khanna), Rahul Dev and Pakistani model-turned-actress Gia. Another aspect that makes this item number different is that it is not sung by the likes of singers like the sensuous Sunidhi Chauhan or the rustic Sweta Shetty but is crooned by Shreya Ghosal known for her sweet-voiced songs like Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai (Jism) and Silsila Ye Chahat Ka (Devdas).
