I think this song is same as 'Madhosh hawa matwali fiza' . That one has that line 'Karle na kisise pyar kahin dil apna begana lagta hai'

I am 1000% sure that u have that song. In the remote case if you dont have that, you can download from following link. Sripur has uploaded them.
