NO the answer of SB was correct it was Dev Anand indeed. The fourth one was the heroin
which was cast against Dev Saab. So two boys and two girls were introduced in this movie.

I think it was the actress-dancer Cuckoo who debuted in the movie Hum Ek Hain.
