Just curious, how do you decide precisely how much to stretch or compress a song?

I take out about one minute piece from the recording, make out two or three
editings. Listen to them, decide which one sounds normal/near normal to me
and make a final copy. I always keep the original.

uploading today all the songs from film Lacchhi .

One very very rare song Sharabe ishq hai...Ho Jati Hai apne aap ulfat ki nahin jati
is in compromising qwality.
This song was originally made for Dost(54), but may be later on taken in Lachhi
I donot have exact information whether this song is included in Dost or not.

If any body has this song in better qwality kindly upload
