I have just got the news that our beloved friend Priya had a terrible accident and , Khuda na kare, she is no more.

Priya was the soul of Noor Jehan forum, she left HF last year after some bad incidents with few members.

I am so much worried and still hoping the news is not true, please pray for her.

Inaam ji,

I am also terribly saddened and shocked to hear about Priya ji's shocking accident and demise at such an early age. May her parents and loved ones find the courage to bear this deep loss. I have read her numerous posts on the Noor Jehan forum where I have found so many beautiful gems, thanks to people like Priya ji sharing their enthusiasm so passionately. Priya ji touched so many of us with her generosity and knowledge.

May her soul rest in peace.

This is shocking and saddening. A person so full of life and music is no more. May her soul rest in peace. May God give strength to her family, friends and beloved cats to cope with this loss. I came in touch with her at Sangeet Ke Sitare group in the year 2002 and we had long discussions about Noor Jehan's music. Thereafter we shifted to Hamaraforums. Whenever I uploaded any song that she had not heard she would be full of immenhse joy. She always showed great humility in sharing her music collection with others.

I was dead sure that Priya will come back here again (HF) but she couldn't .

Udaasi Hai, Ke Hatne Ko Taiyyar Nahi.

Biggest lost to her parents & friends , irrepairable!!!

Friends ka tau bahut definately loss hua hai. parents ke loss ka tau koi limit hi nehi. :- (

Noor jehan ji ne ek badi fan loss kar diya. NJ forum ko active rakhne mein unka kafi support tha. aur fir kahan milte hai aisse fans !

Inaam bhai aapke dsicusion aksar padta tha priya ke saath. Main jyada interact nehi kar paya priya se......magar aapko sach mein kafi hurt hua hoga. as a friend and as a NJ fan.

Jitni badi fan thi priya NJ aur Asha ki. wo aagey jaroor aur karti dono ke liye.

I can well relate to you Inaam....but this is life, uncertain we are too small to fight its complex forces and have to come to terms with loss. Log hamari zindagi mein aate hain khushiyan bikherte hain....we presume that this will last forever but it doesn't. At times we realize true value of a person when that person is no more, because its only that void that makes us realize what we have lost.........

We lament with extreme sorrow the untimely passing away of Priya, a prominent member of the HF. Evidently, her loss will greatly felt by the HF in general and each HF members in particular. A young life snatched away in its prime is what makes this incident so much tearful.

I offer my deepest consolation to her near and dear ones on this sad occasion.

May your spirit O Priya rest in heavenly peace!
