The song Ek ritu aaye ek ritu jaaye, deep jalaaye deep bujhaaye sung by Lata + Manna Dey belongs to Sau Saal Baad 1966 (L&P); while Ritu aaye ritu jaaye sakhi ri man ke meet na aaye sung by the same singers belongs to Humdard 1953 (Anil Biswas). Which one U want?

I have the song (Manna De, Lata)- even the quality is good - but I find it kind-of abruptly ending. Is that the way it is?

The song for you. This is the Hamdard song. It is complete. The title should be Ritu aaye ritu jaaye sakhi ri man ke meet na aaye as Balaji has said in his post. The word "Ek" in this file is an error. Please correct it at your end. Since the request is made in Anil Biswas thread, I have posted this song.
