On casettes and film soundtrack, Suresh Wadkar's version is present. No idea about the CD(which was released much later) Udit's version was released on Vinyl(LP record) of the film. It was duet only sung by Anuradha Paudwal and Udit Narayan. Vinyl of the film released much later after Suresh Wadkar's version became popular(which was released in film and on cassettes). You(being a N-S fan) must be aware of the different versions of film Sadak's songs. Many duets converted/replaced/re-released later to solos of Anuradha Paudwal.
