Hamara Forums _ Bharat Vyas _ Bhoole Bisre Geet

Posted by: pradeepasrani Dec 9 2005, 01:44 PM

Over the past many months I have been downloading many songs contributed by friends in this forum without contributing anything from my side. Sometime back I had promised Shuklas that after I am able to convert songs, which are presently in the form of records and cassettes in my Mumbai home, I shall start uploading some of the rare ones. I begin with a rare songs from the 1944 movie "Mun Ki Jeet". The lyrics of the song are by Bharat Vys, which is not rare. The music is composed by S.K.Pal, which too is not rare but what's rare is that this song is sung by Bharat Vyas himself along with Shanta Thakkar. I believe he has sung probably just one or two songs in Hindi movies. That makes this song rare. Here is the song, Chhup Chhup Kar Mut Dekhoji, Bhanwarji. Humko Nazar Lug Jaayegi.
