Doing M.s. In U.k By Non Uk Non Eu Person Options

hi friends

can anyone experienced or having knnowledge of undergoing master's degree in uk if engineering then best help me..
firstly in uk its of 1 yr duration and they provide 1 yr work permit after completion but the most important thing is job
problem is that legally the employers are entitled to provide jobs by following priority
1.uk resident
2. European Union resident
3. else..
then i just wanna know is it advisable to do masters there as job opportunities are too difficult to get due to local proirty..
secondly what are the chances of getting employment in ur field just as engineering there
