Vasant Desai was one of the most original, imaginative and creative music director. Almost every composition of his is unique. And for his music he did not depend upon any particular singer, but always brought in new talent he came across.

By starting this thread of all his songs you have rendered a great service to Vasnt Desai's memory, who unfortunately never figures in our music discussion.
