Hamara Forums _ Computing and Technology _ Best Quality Of Vinyl Rips...

Posted by: simplefable Jul 18 2010, 09:30 PM

A couple of days before i came across a Vinyl rip that was spell binding. The quality is to be heard to be believed. Ofcourse, i always used to hear the hissing sound in the back drop for vinyl rips, but this had none. And to be honest, my tiny computer speakers were inadequate to savour the music...such was the quality. Ofcourse, quality does come from size of file, most often. Still if someone wants to convert the Vinyl rips into digital music, nothing comes near to this, in my opinion.
The files are stored in FLAC format. i.e., Free Lossless Audio Codec. VLCC player and the Winamp player are equipped with the needed codecs to play these files.
I am uploading a Vinyl rip of Beethoven's romance album. It has two songs on side 1 and 2. Presently uploading the 1st part. You can download the 2nd part from the following link. Would appreciate it greatly, if you can leave your feedbacks here.. smile1.gif
