There are two Inaams

Inaam (1946) - MD is Baldev Naik

Inaam (1955) - MD is S. N. Tripathi

May be you are thinking of 1946 version.

No, I was talking about this one. I read somewhere that this was the last film of Saraswati Devi and that she composed maybe 1 song in this film.

her wikipedia say it but the reference must be from some book.
and it says last film was 1961.

1955 - Inaam w/ SN Tripathi and
1961 - Babasa Ri Laadi (Rajastani)
