Reshma Aur Shera (1971)

Here is another beautiful album from Jaidevji. It is a real winner and boasts several great songs. Especially both songs by Lataji are absolutey beautiful. It has SD imprint all over them. Love 'em. The movie was made by Sunil Dutt in a magnificent scale. It is another "Romeo and Juliet" story and boasted great cast (including up and coming Amitabh Bachchan) and some very good performances, especially never failing Waheedaji.

Samundari Daaku (1956)

Jaidevji gave music to several films but only after "Hum Dono" people started recogniziong his name. I am uploading four songs of "Samundari Daaku" here, one of his early films. I am missing two songs from this album. These are listed in the following table in red italics. If anyone of the members have them, please share with us.

Has the Film:Hamre Gham Se Mat Khelo (1967) been already covered here?

There is a beautiful Mahendra Kapoor song in that Film. It goes as : "Agar Yeh Zamin Nahin To Mera Asmaan To Hai". smile.gif

Have requested for it in my thread, with no success.

Unfortunately I do not have Jaidevji's Bhavna album. For some reason or other, it is so difficult to purchase some of Jaidevji's albums. If someone can point me to a source where I can find Jaidevji's some of these obscure albums.
