Here it is Rafian, sung by Usha Utthup. Although bit rate is 128 kbps, quality is very good. -Sita.

I have the original version of anandaloke mangaloke sung by Hemant Kumar ...but it is on a LP which I am not able to download into cd version sad1.gif

Joy, sorrow, tears, lamentation, laughter — to all these music gives voice, but in such a way that we are transported from the world of unrest to a world of peace, and see reality in a new way, as if we were sitting by a mountain lake and contemplating hills and woods and clouds in the tranquil and fathomless water.

- Albert Schweitzer

Hi Sita,

Perhaps I should've been more specific. I didn't know there are several versions of this song. Actually the one I need is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrOLjeLv7Vs...feature=related

I want this particular version in high quality.

I've no idea which movie this song is from. And I don't know which version is original. But that's besides the point. I really like the version that the above link points to. If someone could provide me more information on this song, like movie name, singer name, composer etc., I could try hunting for the original CD or movie DVD.

Thanks a lot for uploading the Usha Utthup version. She's sung it really well.

Rafian

Sorry I missed your post as I am very infrequent here..

The song is from a (bengali) movie 'Krantikaal'.. starring 'Saumitra' and 'Rupa Ganguly'..

This specific version of the 'Rabindranath Tagore' song 'anandaloke', in an acceptable quality is available here..

http://www.esnips.com/doc/60b5c3f1-7027-42...c288/Anondoloke

(Mods.. I hope esnips is allowed here.. else kindly delete the link.. I'll re-upload here directly)

You may listen/download the song from above link at your will.

Amit

Thanks a lot Amit.
Do you have the original CD? Is this a movie song? Do you know who the singers are?
Regards,
Rafian
