Sorry, my mistake. Pradeep had already posted my last U/L. But here's "Ajab hai dastaan teri ae zindagi" from "SHARARAT" --- which I hope is not a repeat.

Vintage Rafi-sahab in a rare song from the 1949 film "ACTRESS": "Ae dil meri aahon mein".

I was about to U/L "Hazaaron rung budlayga zamana" from "SHIRIN FARHAD", but it is already in the Library. If you haven't downloaded it already, you are missing a Rafi-saheb classic: commencing with the tremendous range and pitch of his voice, then gliding down effortlessly...
But here's "Hai kuli kuli kay lub pur" from "LALA RUKH" (1955) --- music by Khayyam. If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

Yet another rare number: "Thun phooktha hai" from the 1949 movie "Raat ki Raani" with music by Hansraj Behl.
If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

I checked the Song Library under both "Ek" and "Ik" and movie title "PYAR KI JEET" but did not find this yet another Rafi-saheb classic, a famous nostalgic number: "Ik dil kay tookday hazaar hoovey" with music by Husnlal Bhagatram.
I woke up to the beauty of this song when I heard it sung (for a TV program) by the son of the MD. I wonder if it was in "MORTAL MEN, IMMORTAL MELODIES". If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

The poetry of Majrooh. The music of Roshan. The voice of Rafi-saheb. Film: "CHANDNI CHOWK" (1954).
If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

And the last U/L for tonight (it's almost dawn): "Akaylay mein woh ghubraathay tho hongay" from "BIWI" (1950), music by Khayyam.
If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

About this track, "Yeh hasrat thi" from "NAUSHERWANE ADIL".
When extracted from .rar it will be in .ogg. You will need to convert it to .wav. If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.

myawan-ji:
It is most gracious of you to acknowledge these U/Ls. Here's a rarely heard Rafi-sahab number: This one is unusual --- Rafi-sahab singing the lines of Hasrat Jaipuri for a Naushad composition from the film "MY FRIEND". If you stop trying to make sense of it all, you'll be less confused. Reality is an illusion.
