You all know that cryptoquip is a substitution cipher in which one letter stands for another. Here , no clue is given. Find the solution.

Here is the first one.

Madhavi and Venkat,

Usually clue is given and the clue was Y =P. I like to try without the clue.

It works like this: If you think that X equals O, it will equal O throughout the puzzle. Single letters,short words and words using an apostrophe give you clues to locating vowels. Solution is by trial and error.

I don't know if my approach is the correct one. Lakshmi can tell us if there is easier way. Any how, this is how I worked at it.

Single letter words can only be 'a' or 'I'
Two letter words can be: as, is, in, it, to, do, me, we, if, of etc.
If you find two letters together, they will be: cc (accident), ee (been, seen), ff (difficult, differ), ll (fallen, killer etc), nn (manner), oo (soon, moon etc), pp (pepper), ss (lesser), tt (letter, better).

Using the above approach, the first word I got was the last word 'etiquette'.

Short sentences are hard to solve, SF.
First two words could be 'This is', but it doesn't help solving the third word.

Yep, I alsi got the first two words as This Is. The third word can't have T,H,I or S. It could be the combination of any nine letter from the 22 remaining letters. Will try to come with the solution.

Here is the next one. Will give the clue.
