I totally agree, he was a genius poet, I feel he had no peer when it came to romantic songs, he was in a class of his own in the shayari world.

Bahut khoob kaha aapne Chintuji .How can one forget the beautiful Hum dard ke maaron ka itna sa fasana hai or for that matter Aansoo bhari hain yeh jeevan ki raahein sung so wonderfully by mukesh sahab or Main zindagi mein hardam rota hi raha hoon sung so beautifully by Rafi sahab. In fact I think we should make a list of his sad songs as well Kya Haseen Khawaab Mohabbat Ne Dikhaya Tha Hamein
