Here is my first upload on this thread after closing my thread....a superb duet of Lata with Rafi, music of Iqbal Qureshi

Aaj mausam ki masti mein, Rafi_Lata, Banarasi thug 1962, Iqbal Qureshi_Hasrat Romani, VCD
VCD rip @ 128 kbps

This song is so melodious and catchy that it keeps buzzing in my head long after I've heard it. Iqbal Qureshi must have been rightfully proud of his composition....and must have been sorely disappointed when neither the film (Banarasi thug) nor the song became popular. So much so, that he decided to repeat the exact same tune in a later film 'Cha cha cha' which was released 2 years later....and voila !! The film's music was a hit ...and the same tune became popular - as "Do badan pyar ki aag mein jal gaye, ek chameli ke mandve tale' !!

Personally, I prefer the original tune which is uploaded here - it is fresh and charming...and the words fit much better with the tune. Listen to it !!
