hi guys

here is a Fantastic Qawwali By Kishore Kumar And Manna Dey, i had posted this in LP forum a while back, but quality was not great, but ive Managed to grab hold of the vinyl of it, this is one of The best qawwali numbers of LP/Kishore combo

Track: O Parwane O Dewaane Khabar Nahin Tujhko (running time: 06:26)

any qawwali from GURU is a treat and a rareity because he immensely disliked this song form..

True...it is said that when qawwali from Dushman...Sachchai Chhup Nahin Sakti was contemplated by Laxmikant Pyarelal...it was Pyarelal who was keen that the song should be sung by KK...and he had stiff opposition from Laxmikant and the producers/directors....however he prevailed over them..but the bigger challenge was to convince KK to sing that song..because he somehow disliked qawwali...that was perhaps his first qawwali..and see the effect...it is still so fresh and popular after more than 30 years of its release...
