In this thread, I will post some songs that contain subtle variations between recordings (mostly film and record versions).
These variations will be small differences in lyrics; mere sentence or word. I will not post common twin songs.
Much of these informations have come from forums members posts, especially from Lakshmi's exhaustive twin songs thread.

Here is one such song.

Akalmand (1965)

do akalmand, huye fikarmand, ab soch rahe kya karna hai dilbar jaani

Exon, can you please tell which portion in the song is rendered by Mahendra Kapoor?

woman is the mirror in which man sees the reflection of his own self, his own dormant and hidden powers of genius when she comes and stands before him
A woman is a meaning to life ! Someone who loves, who cares !

Erum,

At about 3:50min into the audio, Mahendra Kapoor says, 'oopar waale donon se bachaa'.

I chose this song for a different reason. The 3rd stanza contains a line 'hai margaye paapiyon (recod version: panditon) ke baat maan ke'

Rushin,

Thanks for sharing the song.
I listened to both audios. Except for final line repeats, I couldn't hear any altered words. Did I miss something?
