Kaya karu mee bola ghari palana suna nava navasaacha baal maza yeil ka ho punha kaya karu mee bola bola Mandrake, where r u? Tumne pukaara aur hum chaley aaye This is an extremely touching song: Kaay karoo mee bola Please tell me what should I do ghari paalna soona The cradle at home is empty nav-navasaacha baal maajha my child whom I got after nine 'navas' (navas = something asked from God in return for some serious personal offering) yeil ka ho punha will he return again? If I am not the perfect goose!!!!!
I had said that I got this song from a friend. Well turns out I had it all along on my hamaracd collection too!!! The film name is not mentioned but the MD is Vasant Prabhu and the year is 1950. Quite an early song therefore. I think Mandrake asked for a clearer copy than the ones uled previously. I played the hcd one and it is hardly better--a little less noise but a little muted. Maybe they did a cleaning job!!!! If anyone wants I can ul that track and U can check if it is any better. |

Priya I had asked for a clearer copy just to make a clearer translation
Baat gayee, raat gayee ( good twist, na, to the original muhaavra? ) Self - belief is the most potent force.
