Rafi Sahab has acted in four movies. I have seen Rafi in a movie only for a sec or so.. this is during a program mortal men immortal melodies. The video of this is available on mohdrafi.com, video section.

Rafi We Miss

He acted in Laila Majnu, a 1945 movie. He sang a song Tera Jalwa Jisne Dekha
... along with Nasir & Swarnalata in front of the camera. Next, he played a role in Jugnu (1947) and again for Samaj Ko Badal Dalo (1947). Last he appeared in Kala Bazaar (1960).

So that makes 4 movies:
  • Laila Majnu (1945)
  • Jugnu (1947)
  • Samaj Ko Badal Dalo (1947)
  • Kala Bazaar (1960)

If anybody else is aware of more movies, please add to the list.

very very doubtful. Television channels are the only hope. Infact few years back I had seen jugnu (old) on indiaplaza. Later they informed it was out of stock sad.gif

why dont they make dvds of them, and also some of the movies which were never completed , i will be intrested in those.
